Before continuing, please note:

• We accept specific insurance plans (verify yours below).
• Self-pay options are available for patients who are uninsured or for those whose insurance plan we do not bill.
• All new patients must start by registering for our online portal.

We know navigating insurance can be confusing. If you’re unsure about coverage, call your insurer directly prior to your appointment to confirm that you will have coverage.

Please be advised that we cannot bill Medicare. The only Medicare plans we can bill are Regence MedAdvantage. If you do have one of the Regence MedAdvantage plans, please also be aware that there is no guarantee naturopathic, acupuncture, or massage therapy services will be covered under your plan and you should consult your plan for your benefits in regards to these services.

Getting started:

1. Click the registration link: Register Now  (This will take you to AthenaHealth’s secure sign-up page)

2. Enter your information:

• • Legal name (must match your insurance card, if applicable)
  • Date of birth
  • Contact email and phone number

1. Verify your identity:

• • You’ll receive a secure one-time code via email or text

1. Create your login:

• • Your username will always be the email you signed up with.
  • Choose a password (save these for future visits!)

Once you’ve registered for our online portal, you will receive a call within 2 weeks to schedule for your first appointment. If you miss the call, we will leave a voicemail. Please do give us a call back and make sure to have your insurance information on hand.

After Scheduling

Once we have you scheduled, the consent forms will need to be completed prior to your appointment. We also require that you arrive for your first appointment 15-20 minutes before your appointment to fill out your health history questionnaire.
